Noah Desai Weiss, Slack’s chief product officer, also promised that the move could give customers new superpowers by helping them tap the collective knowledge of their organization’s channel archives. If anything, this could be a million-dollar move that changes the way we work remotely. While the news has been met with some perplexing receptions, it’s still a highly-anticipated technology that could help you summarize threads, compose important messages and even research information from the outside.
